This list by Si.com with the help of Scout.com is VERY surprising

Texas is Number 1, but that's not the surprise.  Mack is a great recruiter and apparently has taught his assistants how to follow in his footsteps.  But USC is not even ranked in the top 10.  That is not a slam on USC, so hold your homerism comments Trojan fans.  That actually is very surprising given the level of success USC has had for the past 3 years.  I'm surprised that USC is not signing top recruits from all over the country left and right.  Does anyone know what USC's recruiting classes have been ranked in recent years?  

It seems that UT is in for a good run of their own.
