Davidson
Davidson is giving tOSU all it can handle.  I'm not watching the game, but their up right now...

i was going to say the same thing
Davidson is actually bringing a pretty solid team to the tourney.  theosu might get a rude awakening for their first round game and then they have to play texas in september in austin.  fuck theosu.

there were a lot of potential upsets yesterday that didn't come through in the end.  too bad that Pacific couldn't pull it out.  i wanted a buster.

i want to go see the billboard in pasadena with the USC three peat today.  41-38.

And for the record i am sporting my BON t-shirt for the day in caliville.

'Zona layin the wood
The Badgers are just getting stomped.  59-38 with 15 minutes left.  That's not looking pretty.

by GoHorns on Mar 17, 2006 12:55 PM CST reply actions

Iowa loses
on an amazing 3 from the corner, fading away with .5 left.

by JohnsonUT on Mar 17, 2006 1:43 PM CST reply actions

Iowa
goes down!!

The road just got a little less bumpy.

No real surprises in the second set of games
All seems normal.  Oral Roberts started strong, but faded pretty quickly.  Georgetown and NIU are playing fairly close.

Hey Tucker
Quit dribbling it off your thigh!

If you told my grandmother
I'd be watching the basketball game over the internet on my computer....

she'd say "What's a basketball?"

I'll be here all night.

Overheard today at work:
"I just can't drink domestic beer"

wtf?

Player of the Half
Our best offensive (and I guess overall) player of the 1st half was LaMarcus Aldridge. whats that?
The Big 12 DEFENSIVE Player of the Year is the leading scorer with 8 Points????

ALL I CAN SAY IS...
I Hope Coach Barnes gives one hell of a halftime peptalk. Texas needs to wakeup or else will end up like Oklahoma, 1 and Done.

At least we're doing better
than the big 12 conference tourney champs...

Is it just me and Vencil Mares in here?
If you've never said hello at BON, now's the time.

Go on npw, I'd like to meet ya.

by the other Andrew on Mar 17, 2006 10:08 PM CST reply actions

Well...
as long as you're not a center.

by bamfor on Mar 17, 2006 10:18 PM CST up reply actions

WTF has been happening
I have been expecting a blow out and therefore not checking on the game.

by Wells on Mar 17, 2006 10:18 PM CST up reply actions

Wells!
Where you been.

I'd like to introduce you to bamfor.

by the other Andrew on Mar 17, 2006 10:19 PM CST up reply actions

Bamfor
are you on the east cost and watching this in a choppy 2 in x 2 in window as well?

by Wells on Mar 17, 2006 10:20 PM CST up reply actions

I'm on the west coast
and watching it in a crystal 2 x 2 window

by the other Andrew on Mar 17, 2006 10:21 PM CST up reply actions

So..
from what I hear Wells is a Texas fan.

by bamfor on Mar 17, 2006 10:21 PM CST up reply actions

Bamfor
you "for Bam"-a? A Texas fan?  Or some Aggie waiting for the upset?

by the other Andrew on Mar 17, 2006 10:22 PM CST up reply actions

Niether
Actually I am a UT-El Paso fan. Texas just fufills my need to follow a winning program and steers are awesome.

by bamfor on Mar 17, 2006 10:24 PM CST up reply actions

My guess is
you either live in El Paso or you actually mine elements and are looking for a mascot to represent your profession

by the other Andrew on Mar 17, 2006 10:28 PM CST up reply actions

The answer
The movie was actually true in many respects - We do live in the middle of nowhere if you are 17, you can go into Mexico and get wasted. You become a UTEP fan by either being born into it or attending a basketball game. MY ears are still ringing from Tuesday night.

by bamfor on Mar 17, 2006 10:29 PM CST up reply actions

Yea
We played Lipscomb in the NIT. And I sat in the student section.

by bamfor on Mar 17, 2006 10:32 PM CST up reply actions

Just so you know
Colorado lost to Old Dominion in the first round 61-79. Also, Oklahoma State lost to Miama(Fl.) 62-59.

by bamfor on Mar 17, 2006 10:41 PM CST up reply actions

Really?
Gibson has four fouls? When did this happen?

by bamfor on Mar 17, 2006 10:16 PM CST reply actions

I know
my bracket is totally fucked.
It is still really cold in Maine, I am in full clothes and a blanket right now.

by Wells on Mar 17, 2006 10:22 PM CST up reply actions

Wow
I still can't believe aTm won their game..

by bamfor on Mar 17, 2006 10:26 PM CST up reply actions

Great percentages
Penn is 7-18 on threes while 10-34 on twos.

by bamfor on Mar 17, 2006 10:22 PM CST reply actions

This is crap
we need to step up and kick the crap out of these guys.

by Wells on Mar 17, 2006 10:28 PM CST reply actions

Gibson
stepping it up, but what if he fouls out

by Wells on Mar 17, 2006 10:38 PM CST reply actions

then AJ steps up
p.s. I heart AJ, in a platonic way

by the other Andrew on Mar 17, 2006 10:39 PM CST up reply actions

I think so
but that is what I thought 5 minutes ago, then we sucked for a while again.

by Wells on Mar 17, 2006 10:40 PM CST reply actions

sports line
game ticker is faster than the game.
I am looking at other games and know what is going to happen.

by Wells on Mar 17, 2006 10:44 PM CST reply actions

if youre going to call the 5 second call
you better fucking call the three second call in the paint at the other end

by the other Andrew on Mar 17, 2006 10:46 PM CST reply actions

Come to think of it
They called a back-court violation? I haven't seen one called all year.

by bamfor on Mar 17, 2006 10:47 PM CST up reply actions

Bank a three
you got to call that.
the past couple of calls have sucked.
I hate the ivy league, they play like A&M

by Wells on Mar 17, 2006 10:48 PM CST reply actions

True
The both play slowdown, but at least it is clasical slowdown.

by Wells on Mar 17, 2006 10:51 PM CST up reply actions

It's true
The only difference between A&M and the Ivy League schools is that the Ivy League can count past 20.

by bamfor on Mar 17, 2006 10:53 PM CST up reply actions

If..
you stare at it long enough it kinda looks like Sheldon Williams

by bamfor on Mar 17, 2006 10:58 PM CST up reply actions

Yes but..
he left a city that was basketball based for a village that is football based. There is now rumors of him being interviewed for a Mississippi job.

by bamfor on Mar 17, 2006 10:57 PM CST up reply actions

That is true
or I would be watching the ticker above the screen.
What have we learned?  Not to play like shit.

by Wells on Mar 17, 2006 10:50 PM CST up reply actions

This is awfull
every one from now on is going to press us

by Wells on Mar 17, 2006 10:52 PM CST reply actions

Wells
did you not watch our games in December?

Everyone and their granny pressed us.  Penn just dusted off the game film

by the other Andrew on Mar 17, 2006 10:53 PM CST reply actions

Why did they stop
we still cant figure it out

by Wells on Mar 17, 2006 10:54 PM CST up reply actions

Well...
we pulled that one out of the fire.

by bamfor on Mar 17, 2006 10:55 PM CST reply actions

Kansas is going to lose
that screws my bracket.
I though they could have a good run.

by Wells on Mar 17, 2006 10:55 PM CST reply actions

Not until next year
when he will ask for the championship without playing a single game.

Will these guys just give it up?

by Wells on Mar 17, 2006 10:58 PM CST up reply actions

Syrcause
did not get worn out, the sucked from the begining, just got hot for four games.

by Wells on Mar 17, 2006 10:57 PM CST reply actions

Nice game by Penn
Our guards need to step up before 3 minutes left.

Going to bed, it is 12 out here.

by Wells on Mar 17, 2006 11:03 PM CST reply actions
