The accuser just decided to come forward, so nobody knew about it.

Marco was 13 or 14 at the time, so it makes the incident a little more murky and less clear cut. I'm not defending him, just saying I think once someone turns 18 it makes the legal process a little convoluted.

This isn't like Rucker (known sex offender), so don't even go there.

I'm applying to Oxford and the Sorbonne. Harvard's my safety

Molestation of any kind is BAD mojo.  So is murder.  Thats the reason we don't laud OJ as a proud member of the Trojan family.

My first thought was, didn't Rucker get busted for trying to pay for sex? With an adult?

My second thought: is this really a step up?

My third thought: over molestation, perhaps.

My fourth thought: this is a losing battle. If you're looking for me, I shall be fashioning a white flag out of a sheet or some such thing.
