VY To Pro Bowl?
I heard a report on ESPN Radio / ESPN News on XM Radio earlier today that Philip Rivers injured his foot during the San Diego Charger's loss to the New England Patriots 2 weekends ago. He's thinking of pulling out of the Pro Bowl.
If that's the case, isn't VY the First Alternate QB to go in his stead?
With all regards to Rivers, that would awesome if Vince gets to go.
Anyone else hear about this?

here's a matchup...
not sure if it would happen or not, but just imagine sportsfans what that would be like?
The Pro Bowl is a notoriously lax game in terms of how complicated the defensive schemes are and the informal 'law' of little to no blitzing, since the O-lines have little practice time to get it together. Could there be a better venue for our boy to showcase his skillz?
Now if we could just somehow get the network to force Merrill 'douche' Hodge to be a commentator in which he would be forced to say nice things about Vince cince there is so much dead air to fill in this kind of game!!! ;-)

Romo overrated?
Hard for me to call the NFC's 3rd highest rated passer, 7th in the NFC in TDs, and conference's highest completion %.
Btw, the 7th place ranking in TDs comes after not starting the first 6 games of the season. Had he started the whole season, he was on pace to lead the NFC in TD passes.
Totally rediculous, yet almost expected from a college FB blog.

my bad...not trying to slam Romo truly!
Likewise, by the time Vince proved that he could do exactly what he did in collge to my poor hometown Texans, he pretty much wasn't underestimated anymore (Douche excluded of course)
Mostly I think it could be a great venue for VY for all the other reasons I put out there and that was the focus of my post, not a Cowboy/Romo bash. I'd have much preferred for them to advance especially since it may have kept Parcels in Dallas, I'm sad to see him leave. Frankly Jones is only one babystep less crazy than Al Davis, but not half the pure football man that AD is. He needs to let the coaches and GM's rebuild that team and stay in his fancy new suite in his fancy new stadium and count the billons he's gonna make. Case in point, the website for 'Jerryland' talks about how the whole complex and the Cowboys are for the "people of Dallas" but the stadium is not in Dallas City limits because they refused to pony up the kind of free dough he thought they should have given him to keep the stadium in the Dallas area...

Belichik coaching AFC
I seem to remember Andy Reid doing this once or twice. I'm not 100%, who really watches that thing anyway?
If it's true, though, wouldn't you think he'd choose to take Brady?
