Saturday TV Guide
Your Saturday TV lineup, with particular focus on Big 12 and games of national interest. For this week's full TV lineup, click here.
I've added two new columns to the guide this week, as we haven't had any fun on this site with lines all year. I know a lot of folks out there like discussing the various lines, so we'll start including those, along with my picks. Please note that you should trust your own picks - not mine. I'm putting my own up for mockery and general enjoyment, but I wouldn't take them as expert opinion.
1Alternate coverage: Michigan at Michigan State / UCLA at Arizona / Cincinnati at USF. Click for TV coverage map.
2Alternate coverage: Oregon State at USC / Florida State at Boston College. Click for TV coverage map

ABC HD
What's the deal with ABC not broadcasting its college games in HD? I figure this would be pretty standard practice by now, especially by a major network (not to mention probably the premiere college football network of the Big 3).

ABC Coverage
Im starting to get annoyed w/the abc regional coverage. I live in Georgia and so I couldnt get to see the UT OU game, and last week I didnt get to see the UT Nebraska game and there wasn't any football games on espn or espn2 during the UT game. I just dont get the point of regional coverage.

yeah
I just buy the daily pass for Gameplan. It's only $20 here. I'll buy it tomorrow and next week for the Tech game. This year has been the most expensive season in a while, purchasing it 3 times in a year.
But $60 is still less than the $99 for the season.

Picks
Love the Bama in the upset pick. another upset alert for ohio state, but I cant figure out if the team really is overrated or my hatred for Tressel is fogging my judgment.
Cal depresses me, college football will never be big in northern california and keeps the east coast bias (at least in college football) legitimate and justified. At least the Pac-10 is again a strong conference and hopefully can keep people tuned in throughout long cold saturdays. So long as oregon avoids some hideous jersey decisions.
In other news, Bill Belichick can kiss my ass.
"Legitimate and justified" is one of the more redundant things I've ever written.

I hate OSU
But Wisconsin is just not a very good team. I give them about a 1% chance to pull off an upset at the shoe.
you know that
I believe Wis has beaten them the last three times there.
PB - is this the case?

You are correct, sir
The last three times Wisconsin has visited Columbus (1999, 2003, 2004), they've won.
