Dallas Griffin - Texas Longhorn
If you haven't heard, Coach Mack Brown stated in today's press conference that Senior center, Dallas Griffin is out for the remainder of the season. The report is that Griffin injured his knee badly enough that he can no longer play.
I would like to say thank you to Dallas Griffin for his hard work both on and off the football field. Good luck in your future endeavors.

Replacement
Word is that Chris Hall will take his spot as permanent replacement. Freshman Buck Burnette will be back-up center.

We'll find out
Coaches are hoping a week of practice will help iron out any QB-center wrinkles McCoy and Hall had on Saturday.

Dallas Griffin
Some folks I am close to here in Katy know Dallas personally, and I am told he is a very fine young man.
I am so sorry to hear about the severity of this injury for his sake as well as for the Longhorns and I wish him all the best in his recovery and in his life going forward.
Dallas thank you for all the great plays you helped block for through the years.
