Swim Team signs stellar class
While the Mens swimming and Diving team won their own invitational this month, and are right now training to get ready for a dual with defending National Champions Auburn in January, their coaches were signing another great crop of guys to ensure future success.
I have seen two of these guys swim in person, and they are the real deal. More about them later in the season.

Nice class
I saw Hoyland swim last year when I was helping my D-III team back when I was an undergrad and we were looking at a few of his teammates (St. Thomas Academy is a powerhouse up here)--I was highly impressed by his stroke and kinda figured he'd end up at the U of MN, just because that's where all the good swimmers from up here go to.
I'm also excited about Livingston and what he can do, speaking as a former diver. He's top-shelf and should be a great asset to the program

We never have enough sprinters...
...and Feigen should be a great addition. Caskey should be a great addition to our already strong lineup in the fly. Cypress and Churchill have been great feeders for UT Swimming for decades.

Agreed
There are a couple of sprinters in this class. Hoefully this will help future relays especially, as that is where Team titles are won and lost.
And Caskey is a beast.

Texas swimmers
I don't recall anytime in the past decade or so Texas having great distance swimmers. They've had some pretty good ones on the national level, but no guaranteed point winners at NCAA meet
Also, have there been any stud divers since the Dumais brothers left? Maybe I just haven't followed it close enough
Glad to see the stud sprinters, though. Those guys are always the highlight of a meet and extremely beneficial to the relays
