"My proudest moment from a football standpoint was the National Championship. You work all your life to hopefully get in that ball game and to come away with a victory was great. Beyond that, Tom Osborne once said, 'The things that will last long after the wins and losses have been forgotten are the relationships that you make.' It makes you very proud to have Vince Young call you the day of the draft and say thank you or have Major [Applewhite] call you before he takes the Alabama job. It's the relationships you build and it does your heart good to see guys who are going to be productive members of society."
