College Football's Best Uniforms
Worthless Top 10 list on CNNSI today. Interesting who they pick number one though - unless the numbers next to the teams don't relate to a ranking...I really miss football season.

I always liked
Texas' all white road uniforms. Also when Notre Dame brings out the green jerseys those are pretty cool.

ND Green
I always liked these uniforms too bc it seems like they lose every time they wear them. I'm sure that there are many "historical" instances of the green jerseys working some Leprechaun magic, but lately I can't remember one...unless a win over Army counts.
Actually
ND has won everytime they brought out the greens except in '05 when they lost to eventual national title runner-up.
Since '92
Irish are 2-4 in their greens (from what I can find)...a win in the '92 Sugar Bowl and last year's vistory over powerhouse Army.
I guess
That contradicts what the commentators said in that ND v. USC game. So take my comments with a grain of salt. They are coming directly from a commentator (not that they've ever been wrong...).

Commentators should not be allowed to throw out random stats w/o having their research monkey at least googling it. Any repeat violator of this would have to be subject to a 45 second delay and the wearing of a shock collar. Diarrhea of the mouth doesn't make you a good announcer.
