So Is Sherrod Harris
Not five minutes after Chiles' spectacular touchdown run, Sherrod Harris gave Longhorn fans a loud reminder that he's no slouch of a runner, either.

As cool as those two runs were...
I would be more thrilled if the secondary at least tagged Harris on his way to that touchdown.
Interesting
how Chiles' run involved a lot more juking and direction changing (reminding me of a certain annointed one) while Harris just flew by the defenders looking more like Jamaal Charles than Football Jesus. Either way works for me.
I also appreciated #14's (Montre Webber?) hustle to stay with the play. At least he was trying, unlike the defender who came off of the block and plain gave up once Harris got a couple steps on him.
another nice run
that was a huge hole, but he definitely showed some speed accelerating through it.
montre webber..
didn't know he had wheels like that.
talent all around
You don't get the same impression of Sherrod and Chiles on paper as you do when you see them on the field. Both of these guys (Chiles especially) are special and are going to be difficult to keep of the field--albeit not because of their passing acumen.
This team does not start the season with many household names outside of McCoy and maybe Limas but if used properly and creatively we should see an extremely potent attack that combines the speed of last years WVA team with an already stellar passing game. I'm hoping to hear a lot of "Where the @%$#^ did that come from?!" from opposing defenses.....hopefully GD got the memo
Don't get your hopes up...
I don't think any GD offense has ever produced a single "Where the @*#$% did that come from?!?!" moment in its history. Those are all VY, Ricky, Huff, Johnson, Ross... the list goes on and on.
Did anyone else notice that we didn't have a double reverse last year, but we did have a double reverse pass with Cosby? WTF? If I'm a DC, I tell my D that if the 'Horns run a reverse, make sure you cover the trick play. Stupidest thing I've ever seen, I think.
defense?
I much rather to see a faster defense than a nice run from Harris ... Who is the slow guy following Harris?
#21 Erick Jackson?
It seems he is our safety Erick Jackson. Way too slow ...
