A Severe Misrepresentation of VY

In this article Pete Prisco seems to be making up reasons to not like Vince Young. He points to two situations in particular.
(1) He missed a team flight last year, and was not made to sit out the game.
Really Pete? This sounds like one of those rookie events, laughable even. Instead of being a stupid rookie, Vince finds a way to book his own flight, and make it to the game on time. Hardly an even where you should call one's character in to question.
(2) VY had to sit out the preseason game for staying at his own house rather than the team hotel.
Okay, Vince should stay with his team. Does this make him not want to be a winner, or a player who is not trying to become greater than he already is.
The point is Prisco is marginally correct in the fact that VY should find ways to prevent these things from coming up. However, the problem is that Pete calls in to question VY's work ethic, and desire to win.
Is there another Vince Young on the Titans?

Worst Part:
The Titans allowed Steve McNair to get away with a lot of things when he was the quarterback. He was never the hardest worker, according to team insiders. Young has that same reputation, so he has to nip it in the bud. Young has to take more pride in working to be a better player.
Has anyone ever heard that Young has a reputation for not being a hard worker? Every story I ever heard about him is how hard he works in the off season to be a better player and how he drives everyone else to be better.

Pete Prisco ripped VY before the NFL draft and, like Merril Hoge, has been desperately trying to discredit him ever since.

Vince should be made an example of.
How dare VY post a note after the 2005 Rose Bowl, telling his teammates to meet him at 7:00 in the morning, to work out, if they wanted to win a National Championship. How dare VY have every teammate who has ever played on the same team as him, think that they were privilaged to play with VY. How dare us fans think VY is the second coming of Christ.
I guess all of us have been fooled by VY pretending to be the Man...............................
