PSA: Watch the game later for free
Looks like you'll be able to watch the game on texassports.tv.
The only catch is you wont be able to see it until the game is over since that would interfere with real TV.
This is good news for us out of town cable subscribers, or those that just don't want to pay $30.

I saw that
and just let me say thank you to the oil barrons, trust fund alumni and Dellionaires who's donations made this possible.
I'll be on vacation for the next week and would miss the game otherwise.
Gotta love the Longhorn Foundation bringing free high tech to the masses. They have more money than they know what to do with.
Dodds takes a bath in a tub full of $100 dollar bills each morning. It helps keep his skin soft.

I was about to ask the question...
of where I could watch/listen to the game online. I'm in Saudi Arabia this football season (with a die-hard Notre Dame fan and a tOSU fan, among others), so the only games I'll get to watch are the ones they show on AFN (American Forces Network), but I think the only games they show are the ones that are nationally televised. I was worried my first game I'd get to watch would be on 6 Oct.
I'm curious to see the I-formation this week, after all the talk this off-season about our receivers and the passing gameplan. Still worried about our defense, not so much the front seven, but still... Hey Limas, get/stay healthy, dude. Same to all the rest who are out/recovering/almost there due to injuries.
Looking forward to a hell of a season. Damn, I'm so glad football is back!!!!

Just got an email and ...
the feed will be delayed. For $4.95ish a month you can listen to the games on Yahoo. Link is at MB-TF.

Is it streaming audio?
Or is it something I can download? My connection over here is slower than dial-up sometimes, so streaming files don't work very well, because they're constantly buffering. e.g. a 1-minute Youtube video takes about 10 minutes to download.

It's streaming audio...
it may not work if your slower than dial-up. I try to start with the KVET feed for pre-game and then when they stop steaming an hour before the game, I go over to the yahoo broadcast. It is what you would normally hear on the radio anywhere in Texas. He in hell...I mean the land of theives, the Longhorn network cannot be gotten. Though about 3 years ago I did pick up the San Antonio station OKC for the Baylor game. Good thing because I was moving and got to hear the game (another pay-per-view).
