VY still leading the horns?

It has been mentioned in many post, "Someone needs to step up as a leader due to all of this off field activity".  Well, looks like god/the lord is looking down on us:

Former UT quarterback Vince Young, now with the Tennessee Titans, sent a video message that was shown during Sunday night's team meeting. Young wished the team luck but said he had been hearing about "things I don't like" in reference to the team's off-field problems this summer
