USF vs. WVU
Since when would this be an upset if WVU lost. The level of talent is about even from WVU to USF. WVU IS the most overrated team in the country from the most overrated conference in the country. Hopefully a decent team like USF will slap them around. Watching ESPN drool over the mountaineers is almost as sickening as them turning Colt Brennan into some religious figure.

Beating WVU...
is crazy easy. All you have to do is walk up both safeties. Man to man every receiver and just key off on the run game. If White/Brown could through more than 12 yards, they would be unstoppable.
Pat White...
Is the key to this team. Don't misunderstand me. He's still more a tailback than a quarterback, but he's always the guy who comes up big in the clutch. Watch Slaton. He's always invisible in crunch time.
Dude
Florida, Texas, and California. That's where 70% the good players come from. If you can't recruit in at least one of those states you're screwed.
You woulda thought...
That South Florida's deficiency at PK woulda mattered, but hey. If you can knock out Pat White, beating WVU is easy. It's like JC trying to run w/o VY it's alot tougher.
WVU was a poorly coached team.
For a top 5 team west virgina was extremely unprepared and inept. They were fumbling the ball on every single snap. I have never seen so many fumbles in a game.
That, in my opinion, is the coaches fault. A certain player fumbling all the time is understandable but the whole team fumbling thats bad coaching. There were penalties on baiscally every other snap and miscomunication, etc. Granted, WVU wasn't the only team commiting them but USF wasn't a top 5 team either. Rich rodriguez is an overrated coach.
Every year WVU suffers a really bad loss and even though pat white was out they wouldn't have done much better. Their offense can be stopped and it is becoming proof that the spread offense, in my opinion, is just a fad that will go away. Defenses are starting to adapt.
Everyone will say that Florida is proof that spread offenses are hear to stay but teams are going to adjust in the sec. You can't keep running your qb up the gut every play and expect to get away with it.
