Notre Dame

Very insignificant point of interest here. I noticed that the Notre Dame game this Saturday is on ESPN. Perhaps I'm insane, but I can't remember any ND game ever being televised outside of NBC. I thought they had an exclusive contrast. Wasn't that contract the primary barrier preventing ND from joining the Big10?

Did I miss something?

Also:

Peter, I was curious to hear your take on attending a ND home game. How is the student body reacting after the loss?

NBC.

That is the deal.

I have Domer relatives and co-workers. To say they are gloomy and upset would be an understatment. If you ask them about the game they struggle to move their lips and talk about what their eyes have seen. Totally hopeless.

Thats so strange

I can't ever remember ND playing on ESPN. Maybe its because ABC picks up all of their road games.

Brother-in-law told me...

Brother-in-law is an ND grad and big football fan, and he was forwarded and email about "someone from a Texas website" who posted something on Notre Dame site that was very complimentary about the experience at the GT game. I assume that must be you; where was it posted?
