I was having a friendly discussion on another blog not too long ago with a Boomer (go figure!), and the subject turned to how close the Longhorns are to passing Notre Dame and moving up to #2 on the All Time Win List.

Michigan of course leads the list with 869 wins, and thanks to the horrendous season the Irish had they remain in second with 824 wins. So it looks as if this year we could see Texas, going strong at #3 with 820 wins, slide past the Irish into the #2 spot. Just wanted to know what everyone out there thinks.
