Possibility to Kick Mallets butt

QB Mallet has left Michigan and TA&M is on his list of transfer possibilities. Maybe He can ket meet our LB's upclose and personal in a couple of years, LOL

I read this on Fox Sports so go there to read entire article, Also, Arkansas is on his list. So maybe a chance there too. And I need to hit 300 Characters.

....to be kidding. Boo friggin' hoo, the young man went to Michigan where he thought they offered him the best opportunity. His pocket passer play would not have fit in here with Mack Brown's offensive plans. Why should you hold that against him?

I hope he chooses to attend UCLA. I'd love to have our squad & staff match wits with Neuheisel and Mallet. He's a darn fine QB and it would be fun to watch him play.

I still believe he will end up at Arkansas. He'll be closer to home and Petrino will be a good match for his skills set.

Mallett at Arksansas would likely give us an opp to see him as well, although whether Petrino will still be there in '09 is anyone's best guess.

Does this open up a bigger possibility that Terrelle Pryor goes to Michigan and not OSU? With coach Rod coming in, and a good (but not great) RB in Sam McGuffie going there, too, that could be the makings of a fine spread offense in a couple years. I don't know how many people saw him in the Army A-A game, but he was a man among infants.

Mark my words:

"Sam McGuffie will be a non-factor at Michigan!" Period. He had exactly 1 highlight reel-worthy play. He's an average at best RB and will be relegated to special teams and 3rd to 4th string duty behind actual athletes.
