where to watch the Mizzou game overseas???

fellow BONers I need your help!  I will be overseas in London for this weekends big game vs. Mizzou and need to know where I can find a local pub/bar to watch the game.  Anyone have any ideas/suggestions??????  The only place I have heard of so far is the Sports Cafe, but i'm not sure they will be having it due to the late kick off ( 1 am London time).  I'm desparate and any ideas are welcome!!!

Hook 'em!

I know there are a few BONers who live in/around London...

…and they can probably help more. But IIRC there is a Texas themed pub/bar in Trafalgar square that may fit the bill.

I honestly can’t tell you much about the place though. I’ve just walked in, had my mind somewhat blown, and walked out (was late meeting people, I’ve seen worse Tex-Mex theme bars).

find a place with NASN

that is the North American Sports Network. You’re right — the problem is the late kick — 1AM London time. NASN is scheduled to show NLCS game 7 at that time. If it isn’t needed, then my bet is that they will slide the UT-Missouri game into that slot. Check back often on http://www.nasn.com/images/nasn/portal/tvschedule/feed1/listings.pdf. Other challenge is to find a pub, open late, that has NASN. Texas Embassy Cantina, which learned hand referred to, has NASN — question is, are they open that late. Might give them a call and see — 020 7925 0077. Easy to find — in the triangular shaped block between Trafalger Square and Picadilly. Not bad food, either — founded by Gene Street, of Good Eats and Cool River.

great information
hopefully Philly can finish off LA sometime in the next few days and the game will be live - as it is scheduled right now NASN is only going to show the tape delay at 2pm.
