Chiles practicing at RB
According to the Daily Texan today, Chiles is actually practicing at tailback. He'll retain his backup QB duties, but apparently, it's not just for tricks or kicks. They want to use him there this Saturday.
I am skeptical, to say the least. Chiles ran well last year, I thought, but this year he seems to be lacking confidence or something running the ball. Twice against Oklahoma he fell to tackles he should have broken, and if he did, he would have gained decent yardage. Yeah, he's a good athlete, but he hasn't really shown it consistently on the football field, so it really doesn't matter.
McGee hasn't done that well either, but I'd rather have him and Cody Johnson take those extra carries that Ogbonnaya doesn't than Chiles. Thoughts?

Or the main page...
With all this long stuff, I just skip over everything small.

Fozzy
will emerge as the #2 RB eventually. I think Chiles will get comfortable in the back field eventually, and break a long run. Cody Johnson is the short yardage back, so I don’t know where McGee fits in.
