Help! No TV in Atlanta!
Anybody know where I can find video online or at least radio?
I cannot get it to work for me
looks like they got hammered awhile back. You can use yahoo radio but it cost $$$
I'm in Atlanta...
if you’ve got Directv and ESPN Gameplan, try ch. 788.
"There are three kinds of people in this world: those who are good at math, and those who aren't..."
--GA Horn--
No HD on gameplan...
It’s burning my eyeballs…
I’m nervous too, just threw up a little in the back of my throat.
hi guys
It’s 2:11 as I type this. OU still sucks. But Kansas State sucks more

If You See Kay, Oh You
Really Nervous...
I have no idea what to expect
Any other places to listen to the game online?
Tried the radio station but it didn’t work.
I'M A MAN! I'M 22!
love it
right back to No. 11, forget that drop, 1st down
seeking accuracy,
not a 55-yds out of the EZ punt
osu is hitting!
helmet to helmet. hitting the player after they’re down.
not good
not liking the absence of pressure. that’s a credit to OSU
Radio
Here’s a radio station that’s working for me overseas: http://radiotime.com/station/s_35108/Q_Country_1590.aspx
Silly yall
This game doesn’t start for another 25:00
Where's the Saturday game thread
Ha! Dez dropped one.

hopefully
we can get a score here and get the crowd into the game
that is exactly the same thing i said......kicker hit it left i guess just enough to get by aaron
hopefully well get one later
looks like OSU found something on tape they really liked about working screens in the middle with RBs and pettigrew. they’ve already thrown about four of them

good thing he donated cash to the Dallas YMCA
that way they can actually finish their building project..haha

Nice job defense, now we need a good drive
They are being overly aggressive and we should take advantage
Wow... this could be a low scoring game
Then again, it’s the 1st half.

I was thinking the same
I remember I always keep my helmet tight and couldnt get it off without unstrapping. These guys are putting them on with the strap still snapped.
There is no greater privilege than supporting the Burnt Orange Bevo Boys...and Girls...
Don't want to sound the alarm yet . . .
but this looks a lot like last year.
OSU playing tight; need a longer toss.
Probably not on this play, but we’re getting 1:1 outside. nt
They are
blitzing a lot though…maybe we can catch them in a blitz like we caught Mizzou last week.
There is no greater privilege than supporting the Burnt Orange Bevo Boys...and Girls...
but these last 2 plays
look like this year. I vote for THIS YEAR
that should get us going
Disciplina Praesidium Civitatis.
Well, you'd expect OSU, after seeing that, to jam up the works.
See, that didn’t last too long.
here we go again
i’m waiting for roomates pictures
OH YEAH BABY
Colt to Shipley.
OMG they are roomies!

did we run at all?
ok we did twice but i think we need to more
What a throw from "The Answer"
Disciplina Praesidium Civitatis.
obviously just about everything on that drive was good but i think the reverse was a key call. the defense was much more on its heels the rest of the way.

Brutal. Maclin I understand. But this?
by BurntOrangeSunset on Oct 25, 2008 3:07 PM CDT reply actions
i've about reached t he point where
I think every KO should be high and short. Accept the 30 as a start point
That kickoff return was a big momentum booster
Damn it special teams!

whats the rule for out of bound kicks this year
the change the damn thing every year, but this has been dreadful
I really believe we have a great run defense this year, but my confidence in a NC run
will be bolstered greatly if we can hold Okie St to smaller gains.

Kendle outran the back to the spot, thus the cut back.
That’s so rare. Then he recovered the fumble.
yes, but he didn't quit
and got on the loose ball
gamecast all over the place
worse than usual. for those overseas and unable to get a visual feed, the itunes radio works like a charm. the game is on the sportsradio 610 houston sports talk feed.
I like it when Colt runs...
but I hate it when Colt runs…
real break there
underthrown by a bunch and the DB hit him coming back for the short throw
GD came to play today
no longer recognize the guy
Disciplina Praesidium Civitatis.
I had to buy this game on DTV pay-per-view. Here in LA they're showing.... drum roll.... Cal and UCLA.

glad you got the game
that one would suck to watch

I hear you
Burnt Orange Sunset. Gotta love that regional coverage.

reverses...reverses....
using the reverse setup again. we’ll probably see one with chiles throwing, or even chiles at QB and colt running in from WR and throwing it before the year is out.
by the chairman211 on Oct 25, 2008 3:19 PM CDT reply actions
colt, and GD's calls
remind me of a finesse pitcher. Up. Down. In. Out. Left. Right. Screen. Deep.
Great coaching
They’re all earning their keep this season.

Hook'em
correct.
got a thought on how to defend the kickoff?
ehhh.....
don’t know about that. pros and cons to early vs. late. It would’ve worked, just underthrown. Whenever you use it, have to execute. Regardless, it gives them something to think about.
Plus to keep the offense motivated in practice and the game
Don’t want to get off to a slow start like in past years…

Hook'em
mixing it up nicely on O.
Methodically moving the chains, keeping their D on and O off. I love it. I want 7 here…punish them for the turnover
Key stat on warm day. Keep that D strung out, O off the field.
If there is any stat for winners today, that is it.
I'm watching Michigan/Michigan State.....
boring, and having to listen on yahoo on the friggin’ OSU network…..
Com’on HORNS…..TURN IT ON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'd rather you just say thank you and went on your way.

my count is 7
espn is losing both No. 11s for the same catch (Norton and Kirkendoll)
damn near nothing there
and he still made + yardage
Not a big fan of putting your head down there
That’s how you get paralyzed.
TD MCGEE!

KEEP YOUR FOOT ON THE PEDAL
WOOOO!!!
Disciplina Praesidium Civitatis.
if we dont have a player in every category of national awards this year then the awards are all a sham
If You See Kay, Oh You
the funny thing is
that when I glanced up when Vondy took the pitch I thought it was Fozzy for a second because of the burst around the edge. Wow.

Oh sweet Salt Lick
Disciplina Praesidium Civitatis.
Tackle
I’d settle for just good tackling. How many have they missed so far.
The pride and winning tradition of The University of Texas will not be entrusted to the weak or the timid.
Hook'em
perfectly played
2 men had the QB, a third was on the pitchman
It does seem like we're getting a little more penetration with the front 4.

has curtis brown
moved ahead of Beasley as nickel back?
that's a big-time catch
nothing wrong with Chykie’s coverage
WTF.
Their balance is something we really haven’t seen this year.
by BurntOrangeSunset on Oct 25, 2008 3:32 PM CDT reply actions
absolutely pathetic d the last two plays.....absolutely terrible
no pass rush……BEASLEY seems like he sucks
Beasley is mismatched against Bryant
I figured it Chykie would be on Bryant but I haven’t seen him on the field as yet.
Disciplina Praesidium Civitatis.
We got caught off guard
by the no huddle quick count? How many teams have used that against us already? Our D has taken a step back. This is crap. I expect some heads to roll over there and some guys to start playing hard soon.
Offense game plan
Seems like the game plan is wear out OSU’s defense.
The pride and winning tradition of The University of Texas will not be entrusted to the weak or the timid.
Hook'em
let's get it back.
I’d love a long TD drive for Texas before the half. They are a good O team. Not all on our Defense, although our D doesn’t seem to be playing at their best right now.
Just keep scoring and it's all moot
Disciplina Praesidium Civitatis.
Nice
Past thermodynamics listening/studying to Garth.

putting us in 3rd and longs
another terrific conversion, but if we don’t get more yards on 1st and 2nd we’ll struggle to sustain these 90 yard drives
by the chairman211 on Oct 25, 2008 3:39 PM CDT reply actions
i think one of the most pleasing aspects
on this team is the improvement of the WRs. Their catching, the turning upfield with pads squared (as you mention), their blocking, their recognition of the blitz and coverage and when to break the route off. And, of course, No. 12 there to put the ball on the numbers.
Senior WR's
I think Cosby and Shipley have been big in developing the younger WR’s.

One more time before the half
Defense needs to shut them down and let the offense score before the end of the half.
The pride and winning tradition of The University of Texas will not be entrusted to the weak or the timid.
Hook'em
kick if real high
short, yeah. but high. force ’em to fair catch
it is odd
how UT and OU both suffer so much in covering KOs.
O needs to play perfect
D and ST are getting overpowered. Puts pressure on the offense to convert every time they have the ball.
by the chairman211 on Oct 25, 2008 3:49 PM CDT reply actions
we need to get down the field and make this a two possession game before the half
If You See Kay, Oh You
Definitely
He’s got the leg strength, so don’t know why they aren’t.
The pride and winning tradition of The University of Texas will not be entrusted to the weak or the timid.
Hook'em
going to be a long game...
keys to the game:
1. no TO
2. Score on every drive
and he celebrates
every time he makes a tackle…cool
by SneezyBeltran on Oct 25, 2008 3:54 PM CDT up reply actions
yea
d getting better every week? better be better in the 2nd
special teams
stick with what has worked all year….don’t start fuckin with it!
do special teams and field position matter?
We’ve gone 80, 91 and 93 yards for scores.Cowboys have gone 65 and 29
Big penalty
Ball at the 32 we would’ve worked to get into FG range, starting from the 12 it’s de facto run out the clock time.
OSU goes into halftime with the momentum and gets the ball to start. Let’s hope the coaches juice up some intensity in the locker room, b/c it’s not on the field.
by the chairman211 on Oct 25, 2008 3:56 PM CDT reply actions
Just don't understand this half
Our ST and D can’t do anything right like its the first game of the season. No tackling, overrunning plays and we’re lucky their receivers have some drop balls on those middle screens and the turnovers or else we’re behind.
If Colt wasn’t Colt we would be behind. I’m confused by our lackluster play and energy. I doubt the coaches are to blame. I’m sure we practiced well and watched the tape so I can only blame the execution by the players.
I would notwant to be in that locker room at halftime. Hopefully, we’ll see a motivated ST and D in the 2nd half.
why didn't we do that 15 seconds ago?
I know that coverage would’ve been different, but terrible time mgmt.
I don't the coaches had a clear mind on that final drive.
This isn’t a game to waste possessions.
true, but 1 minute left in the half starting at your own 12, only 2 timeouts isn't a full possession, imo......don't want to give up a dumb turnover
Our mode has been aggression.
If we wanted to kill the clock, why pass. Just run.
i don't feel so well
need to fix the defense and kick coverage at half—otherwise we’re in big trouble.
Hope Boom can adjust in the 2d half
RECRUITS: Jordan Leslie (Tomball TX Tomball)
"Stats are for losers, I like winning games"
Yeah we need a new strategy on defense
I think the dumb commentators may be right about making Robinson throw on the run
does the crowd sound really silent
cuz it does on tv
SLUGGISH
They had the slow people in the game…waited till 3 seconds left on the clock before stopping it……could have got in field goal range…..Special Teams is sucking….what the hell happened from last week to this one????
Actually, no team plays at a high level all the time.
Texas is not immune to that. Scored on three of five drives. Could have been better. Defense playing loose. Special teams didn’t tackle well but OSU has good returners. So, not terrible, actually, good unless you’re expecting the first half of last week.
The D better get a fire lit under its ass.
oh man I know Muschamp has probably had embolism by now. The kickoff team needs to get its head out of its ass. With the exception of the the offense this whole team seems lazy and, so do the fans. Everyone needs to wake up starting the second half because Ok State starts with the ball and the last thing we need is it tied 21-21 matching each other score for score.
absolutely
this opening possession could be pivotal.
I love Craig James
He’s a true Texas legend…and I even like Doug Flutie although Flutie Flakes taste like shit!
I dont like Fluite when he says he does not think we can outscore the Tortillias.
Every week, they say Texas has to do this, they have to win this, oh, no…next week is the real test. What a bunch of B.S. To bad we dont play in the Pac-10 or SEC….then we would have a “harder” schedule and maybe get more respect
texas : 336 yds of offense in the first half
osu : 174 yds of offense
texas needs to cover their fucking kicks/punts better and stop giving them great field position…. then they can blow this team out, until then… osu willl play tight when they only have to travel 50 yds for a td
