I've campaigned for a Muschamp cam at the very least

There should be a small window in the corner of the screen with Muschamp on at all times.

Yeah, but going double tight on obvious running downs only isn't the only answer

We need to run some bootlegs and roll-outs out of that formation to at least try and keep the D honest. Every time they have used that formation, they have run it up the middle. CU is on that.

Leach actually did that...

Between quarters some student nailed a 35 yarder for a free Chick Fil A sandwich or some nonsense, but he hit it good, so Leach found him and gave him a tryout because their kicker has been inconsistent.

The three and out series looked dumb

The two sacks should not have happened. Still, I will take 21-0 in Boulder.

by milevin on Oct 4, 2008 7:49 PM CDT reply actions

I’m mostly disappointed with the McCoy interception, dropped pass(es), and incompletions. Colorado’s of course the best defense Texas has faced so far, but they should still be able to perform with nearly the same efficiency as in other games. That said, I think they’re still rolling toward a very good finish!

excellent road first half

at least the score. there are some areas of concern. the pick. the drops. the lack of a running game. the mid-second quarter lull. But, 21-0 at half in Boulder is something I can certainly live with. And this defense could be come dominant.
