Honestly, you don't think we should have more than 3 tds?

I'm a realist, if we have 14 and moving the ball, all is good

…maybe a Muschamp signature second-half adjustment?
I guess it’s hard to adjust positively from giving up zero points and almost no yards, though.
Vanderbilt’s knocking off Auburn! This has been a great finish! Eff you, Tigers—we steal your DCs, and you lose!

Note: A&M running for 7.3 per carry.
The TOs are a killer – two INT returned for TDs and long punt. OSU only scored two from scrimmage.
Noted for weakness of OSU run D.
Yeah
They’ve been talking about that all day.

Anybody else dislike the...
constant tagline “at home, with the O”?
just a hunch here
but I think Colt is holding the ball a bit too long, which could be a product of being able to hold it forever in the first 4 games
clearly not "at home...

Stewart fumbled again?
Stewart dropped it twice?
sorry if this is a stupid question:
What does it mean when people keep adding : “nt” to the end of their posts?
knowing what it stands for...
is not really knowing what it means. I don’t know what it means either.

i'll preface this by saying I DO have a UT ring . . .
Have Longhorns caught just about every close call today?
If that were the case
then that INT would have been fumbled, picked up and run back by us for a TD.
Other than that, yeah.

ok lil off topic...but...
maybe some of the problems we are having on offense can be attributed to major as the runningback coach?
I mean I would hate to pin the blame on one of my fav longhorn, but do you think some of the problems we are having w/ the run game can be attributed to the major not doing his job as the runningback coach?
granted that we had injuries to fozzy and mcgee..but I am sure that this doesnt look good w/ recruiting….we will probably need a prime-time RB in near future…

See, there's the damn problem
We’ve been putting our blockers in front of the ball carrier. Who knew?
I’m sick of seeing Cody get these vulture carries. Give it to someone who earns it when the game’s this far out of control.
Johnson! Johnson!
His block sets up McCoy’s run and then he bulldozes his way into the endzone with a lot of help from his friends.

There are still kinks that can be worked on. But for the love of God, can Sherrod please get a series.
Questions that can still be answered.
1. Will Quan field a punt?
2. Will someone other than Colt go for 100 yards in a game?
3. Will we see any Q? Or any Chiles at all?

Guys -
Next week, it’s win or lose with Colt. Whole game. He’s our QB unless he gets hurt and only if. Get used to it.
If we dont take him out
There may be no next week

Don't Think So
Too early a kickoff and ESPN is suppose to be in Austin the following Saturday.
--AW--
LSU at Florida
But it is on CBS and Gameday usually doesn’t go to locations where ABC/ESPN is not showing the game. Who knows, I could be wrong. The rumors are that Gameday will be in Austin the following weekend. With that along with the early kick, it doesn’t seem like they would be in Dallas.
--AW--
Fox sports guy suggest
Chiles get moved to RB. Hmm…

Perhaps the most recognizable mascot in sports, and certainly the toughest looking, Bevo is a fixture
Good point, PB is it Chiles that is terrible or does his package just not mesh with his skill set?
I say it’s a bit of both, but he’s had a decent amount of play time and he seems to constantly be one step forward, one step back. The guy is in neutral.
seems like
Chiles and McGee were able to move the ball much more easily last season. You’d think there might be some improvement since Chiles has completed a few passes.
Sherrod
This would have been a great chance to get Harris some playing time in the unfortunate chance he is needed in the next few weeks.
Oh Geez
Keenan is in, someone might get carted off in a casket.
Perhaps the most recognizable mascot in sports, and certainly the toughest looking, Bevo is a fixture
Darrell Scott: 2 Carries for 4 yards.
And 2 catches for 45 yards. (most of which were on a gadget play where he was chased down by a DE).
He’s hardly the “next Adrian Peterson” as I read last year.
He could be the "other" Adrian Peterson

It's one of the mysteries...
In some models of Scoop, the software behind this cascading style of conversation, new comments don’t open automatically like here. So, if you have a one line comment, you’d use the initials nt for no text, or eom for end of message or -30- the classic newspaper closure icon. I didn’t notice that everything opened automatically here, so I kept using it for a while. That drew attention and some snark. So, some of the characters began using it, abusing it, embellishing it much like you’d do an illuminated text. That was the last written form before Gutenberg swung into action (not counting picture languages), where a whole ’nother world was created within the form. Same here.
Well, let's get ready for the showdown

::shakes head in disappointment::
it was the drops
and the Ullman disaster play.
Rather have the drops tonight than next week.
That pass to Ullman was a little high and tight. He’s not agile at all. Hit him in the gut.
You throw the ball around enough and things will happen. The rate right now is just incredibly high.
Do we have a quick opener? Noticed that OU uses one; just fast hand-off. We have so many plays that take time to develop. Sometimes just quick plays between the tackles work well but you nearly have to be under center for that.
