Cards driving....

….and apparently they’ve decided to leave their kicker at Papa Johns and just go for it every 4th down. TD louisville!

Is it wrong ...

… that I asked the girlfriend to go dancing with some other guy since I wanted to watch a non-Big12 football game? :)

Cincy

Why are we rooting for the Cards?

by El_Hound on Nov 14, 2008 7:42 PM CST reply actions   0 recs

Not just computers

Human polls too. In case of a three-way tie, they have Cincy (#22) and TCU (#18) against our Missouri (#12). Human voters care about SOS too.

jump

but if OU’s schedule becomes stronger, doesn’t that help OU jump Texas in the BCS?

by El_Hound on Nov 14, 2008 8:01 PM CST up reply actions   0 recs

Yes, That's the point

That’s why we want Cincy to lose.

Am I crazy or...

is the wife in the Sonic commercial getting hotter?

by UT2001 on Nov 14, 2008 9:58 PM CST reply actions   0 recs

How effing crazy is this?

With 11:15 to play, there is a holding penalty against a Louisville player in their game against Cincinnati. This play could conceivably keep Texas out of the Big 12 championship game. Yeah, that makes sense.

by Longhorn in Canada on Nov 14, 2008 10:11 PM CST reply actions   0 recs

what's even more amazing

is that there is an NCAA referee who calls holding. There certainly aren’t any in the Big 12 crews.

A pox on Louisville

a hundred times over

by UT2001 on Nov 14, 2008 10:16 PM CST reply actions   0 recs

What the hell?

kind of booth review was that?

by froggiebaby on Nov 14, 2008 10:17 PM CST reply actions   0 recs

one of the worst I've ever seen

His forward progress put it shy of the first down, but not by half a yard – more like 4 inches

by burnt in ny on Nov 14, 2008 10:23 PM CST reply actions   0 recs

The Big East needs to add Notre Dame, Army and Navy to the mix.

With 5 non-conference to go along with a 7 game conference game schedule, a team could go 1-6 in conference and go to a bowl. What a croc.

by froggiebaby on Nov 14, 2008 10:24 PM CST reply actions   0 recs

Could a team go 4-8...

… and auto-qualify for the BCS?

by Horn Brain on Nov 14, 2008 10:25 PM CST reply actions   0 recs

Ha

Yeah, that would be quite funny.

by froggiebaby on Nov 14, 2008 10:25 PM CST up reply actions   0 recs

I hope one will

That should cause some changes to this ridiculous Bullshit Championship Series.

by Longhorn in Canada on Nov 14, 2008 10:27 PM CST up reply actions   0 recs

shanked it!

L’VILLE YET LIVES!

by Horn Brain on Nov 14, 2008 10:26 PM CST reply actions   0 recs

It almost looks like

there is not a team in the Big East or the ACC that could win the Texas 5A state championship.

by Longhorn in Canada on Nov 14, 2008 10:29 PM CST reply actions   0 recs

We should make this happen

Instead of a Texas vs Pennsylvania high school all star game, or whatever. Or, let’s get the combined all Big East and ACC teams vs the Texas high school all star team. We can spot them a couple of scores, just to make it worth watching.

by Longhorn in Canada on Nov 14, 2008 10:34 PM CST up reply actions   0 recs

man F-u-c-k Louisville they looked like s-h-i-t out there they had so many opportunities and couldn’t even capitalize on shit yeah great officiating out there how do you screw that booth review up that was 1st down man why the f-u-c-k do I put so much time in watching these games when they just rip my fucking heart out fuck Louisville
