Compelling Article

a hypothetical 8-team playoff scenario AND a rip on the USA Today voters who must have been sniffing ayahuasca.

ESPN's Pat Forde has it.

Good link

Next time use the fanshot instead of fanpost so you don’t have to copy-paste the “post is too short” message three times.

I know

why you used fanpost. Nobody reads fanshots. I have posted items there twice recently, and had no comments. Then a day or so later, someone put the same link on a fanpost, and had quite a few comments. So, if you really want anyone to see it, you have to fill out the fanpost with extra words.

Or...

… you could just do a fanshot and be content with having shared the info to whoever reads it. People don’t comment on fanshots very much because they’re supposed to be quick hits. If you can’t come up with 75 words about something, why would you expect the readers to comment 20 times?

At the very least, use the block quote option to give us an idea if the link

is worth clicking…. Good find though, I had avoided ESPN for a few days and I’m glad I caught this…

I liked the read

I’m sorry everyone else hates you for bringing something entertaining to the site. Cheers!

Oh, come on

I’m just saying that it’d be better to do this kind of thing as a fanshot or add some material. That’s what fanshots are for. This whole setup is awesome and we should use it properly. Maybe he hadn’t had a good look at the fanshot system and thought this was the way to go. I’m just trying to help.
