Still at home
trying to give away a ticket to a Texas Football game that my girlfriend dumped on me at the last second. This fanbase sucks.
Being a reasonable gentleman
I didn’t ask about your girlfriend last weekend. Now, coupled with this last second action and keyed to the verb “dumped” you got me a little worried, HB.
Maybe you should go to the game and find some lucky looking sultry woman and double down.
That's what I thought.
Maybe this Penn State outrage is catching.
You lick a few beavers and you think you own the world.
man i love saturday morning games
these late evening prime time games make me worry all day long.

TV?
Hey, y’all. Sorry if this has already been addressed … have been buried in a project and absent from the site this week.
Is there any TV coverage on this game? I searched DTV and only found a station that I don’t get …
Watch out, I bite.

Thanks, Whills.
Weird. I’ve gotten so dependent on my DTV search function … when it screws up, I’m clueless. Thanks for straightening me out!

Me like squirrel and moose.
And, as a biter, I’ll let you know I have squirrel bite scars all over the knuckle of my index finger. Sonofagun laid it to me. Always try to be kind to them now.
Baylor record (thread lead-in)
is 3-6; hope the 3-7 is accurate in a few hours
should be.
we have way to much to play for this season to make a mistake to Baylor. Yes i know they’re better and Griffin is outstanding..but we’re TEXAS. Here’s to hoping Blake Gideon gets two picks today..
The natives are quiet this morning.
C’mon, let’s get those Horns up and do a little bear dance around the TV room.
Damn, I could do without the Crabtree intro and catch.
I thought I had the grit and sand out of my system.

i had a good week of therapy, but now it’s all coming back.

anybody read into Baylor football enough
to know if the improvement is Briles (QB is a big part of it, of course) or if the Morriss staff left some talent?
Chances of these results
Penn St goes down to Iowa
Alabama goes down to LSU
Tech goes down to OSU
I think 1 / 3
Do Bears sh*t in the DKR?
After Muck lights up their butt they will.
’Cause UT is going to skunk the Smokies.

Stay up
If he had stayed up right, then he would have TD.
This offense gets 5-6 yards on a pass about 90% of the time
Helps explain the great 3rd down conversion rate – its usually 3rd and 3-5

dbs
look confused. beasley and wells look like they really dont know what to expect from each play. kind of disheartening.
Looks like they have some deep floods.
That is, two WRs on one side going deep, one pulling up a little, thus keeping safeties to man up and not help out.
right,
like the one where curtis brown got beat on that last drive. the young db’s just arent recognizing these things quick enough. and baylor, unlike in past years, actually has some athletes capable of breaking free. not having a statue for a quarterback helps make their whole team look better because of how we have to scheme on defense.
You know, Baylor only has three completions. 3/12.
More threatening than actual fact. The big reception just influences our opinion a lot.
Baylor 67 passing + 95 rushing = 162.
Texas 167 passing + 89 rushing = 256
thats all it takes though
the big receptions just serve as a threat. if they hadnt completed one, we wouldnt have to be as honest and could play the safeties up in run support. that and hte fact that they really have made our dbs look good, catch or not.
you have to factor in the PI calls on our secondary as well.
shouldn't we stay on this one till a new one comes up?

Disappointed though, I can't watch Iowa dominate Penn State
I get to watch OU play a hard fought game against….A&M? Damn that’s boring.

According to the regional Map
If your are in Texas you will get the Aggs/OU game on ABC and the penn st game on ESPN

Did you see Mack's reaction?
He wants a TD
Yeah, an Ulatoski, too. We're getting pretty beat up.
Add the guys not playing, Chykie, et. al. it’s costing the Horns some bodies. But no one seems out indefinitely. The knee sprain does appear too bad, so there’s hope on Rak.
I wanted another TD, too.
We left a lot of points on the table again.

I finally got to watch an entire game
All I can say is we are very lucky that Colt McCoy didn’t leave this game with an injury. The Bears beat the shit out of him.
But unfortunately, the injury bug is spreading with Houston and Ulatowski.
