Around SBN: Spencer Hall's College Football Week 12 Alphabetical

Senior defensive end Brian Orakpo picked up his second piece of hardware this week, winning the Hendricks Award as the nation's best defensive end, just days after winning the Nagurski Trophy, presented to the best defensive player in the country. Congratulations, Rak. Orakpo is also a finalist for the Lott Trophy.

Update: As mentioned below in the comments, Orakpo has also won the Lombardi Trophy. Wow. Couldn't have happened to a more deserving player.

If he keeps winning all these trophies, he might need to start working out.

Perhaps the most recognizable mascot in sports, and certainly the toughest looking, Bevo is a fixture

Well deserved! Hook 'em!

hell yes

wow what a week, and also well deserved. Rak is the man. I’m hoping he gets the Lott trophy too and makes a clean sweep of all of them……

Nagurski, Hendricks, and Lombardi

Has anyone else ever won all three? Awesome news.

Don't forget he also received an award more important than those three.

The kid was awarded his degree too. Just awesome!

Great for Rak

Great for the Horns.

Great for Coach Boom.

Great when Kindle picks up half of these awards again next year.

Are you watching, Mr. McFarland?

Still a Blaine Irby fan
