Wangmene out for the season
From the the statesman:
Wangmene to have surgery
Alexis Wangmene, the sophomore forward for the Longhorns, will have season-ending surgery for an unspecified injury to his right knee.
Wangmene has experienced problems with the knee for several weeks. He played in four of the first give games this season, but has missed the last three. He averaged 3 points and 3 rebounds in 6.3 minutes a game.
Texas can apply to the NCAA for a medical redshirt season. If approved, Wangmene can come back next season as a sophomore.

That sucks
but at least this year can be forgotten with the redshirt.
Luckily we are deep in the front court.

Best of luck and a speedy recovery, Alexis.
Boy, tough year for a good kid.
Gonna miss you, Wingman
Come back strong next year. (And work on your free throws while you rehab.)
Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. If they get mad, you're a mile away AND you have their shoes.
Actually
he’s 100% from the foul line (2-2).

This is what FanShots are for...
This topic is definitely worth a Fan Post, but you should put together some thoughts on how it might affect us or something. As is, a Fan Shot is the perfect way to share a link to a short Bevo Beat story.
