PrintUT Police gets it right. This appears on the weekly crime watch page on the university website:
DKR- TEXAS MEMORIAL STADIUM, 2200 Robert Dedman
Robbery: Several UT staff members, faculty, students, and Texas Ex's discovered a fraction of a percentage point had been taken and was transported across state lines. The percentage point was discovered north of the Red River at the campus of another Big 12 South University.

i saw this...
I was reading my Campus Watch email and was thinking, “Man a lot of people were getting robbed”, and then I finished and realized it was a joke. Funniest incident from that thing ever.
I absolutely love the University of Texas.
I showed this to an OU fan at work, and even she had to laugh at that. Hook ’Em UTPD (for perhaps the only time ever…).
