Who's excited about UCLA tonight?

I know I am. I have crappy tickets, but I expect a raucous crowd tonight. Some luster has been removed from the matchup with UCLA's recent loss, but they are still a powerhouse program and a recent Final Four staple. Frustration with getting left out of that football game Saturday may help get additional fans out, but tonight's opponent should really be enough. Here's hoping the Horns' offensive game is firing on all cylinders against UCLA's respected defense. Let's fill the drum tonight and keep it loud! Hook 'em!

excited
I got crappy tickets, too, but I don’t care. Can’t wait to see an historic program like UCLA playing in Austin, hopefully the Horns won’t disappoint. There really aren’t a lot of marquee home games this season, we don’t get KU, and the Mich State and Nova games are in Houston and NYC. I guess OU and whoever else in the Big 12 steps up (Baylor?). Anyway, this is one that should not be missed!

Very true
It’s too bad we only get KU every other year in Austin. I’m so glad Barnes has UT playing big dogs every year now in pre-conference (UCLA, UConn next year, etc.)

Is it just me...
…or is 8pm pretty late to schedule a bball game? I’m not complaining, i just usually get my Running Horns fix early whilst i’m still at work. Now I have to actually do shit all day.
Also, as far as marquee games, be careful what you wish for: by my money OU will most certainly be ranked (and highly) by the time B12 play comes around. That cross-dressing Griffin kid is a BEAST.

I like the 8pm tipoff
since I get off work at 6, it’s hard to make it home to let my dogs out, then make it down to the Drum by 7, find parking, etc… This way I’ll have time to grab a beer or 2 at Scholz’s…

Same boat in section 68.
When I ordered mine, there were no $20 midcourt mezzanine seats, but only the $15 endcourt tickets. Today, there are plenty of $8 mezzanine GA tickets. Do they always release cheaper GA seats right before the game?

Hell yes!
I have been itching for this game since our season ended in March. UCLA in Austin is awesome. I just can’t express how much respect and appreciation I have for Rick Barnes.

I'm guarded...
The way UT’s luck has gone lately is maddening. I can’t get too excited at the moment. But just try to convince me that I said this if we win.

UCLA Alum looking forward to the game
After the “W” your guys picked up in LA last year, the UCLA community is looking forward to tonight’s game. We anticipate a very competitive game, Coach Barnes knows how to prepare his team.
And, no doubt about it, your football team got screwed. The very faint silver lining in the cloud is, one more controversy that will hopefully help bring a football playoff into existence.
BTW, send your Mojo UCLA’s way on Saturday. If UCLA beats u$c, the condoms are knocked from the Rose Bowl. More BCS churn….
