It’s guaranteed, he might be a Horn. Look for him this January, or don’t because he might not join the team, maybe. Rest assured, you can count on the possibility he could be enrolled by January, or he may not if that’s the case.

Draft eligibility
Would playing the Spring semester allow him to enter the draft this summer? Or does he need to complete a full year?
Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. If they get mad, you're a mile away AND you have their shoes.
It would be a year after his graduation
It’s my understanding that his draftability is based on it being a year after he graduated high school, regardless of whether he plays or not. Could be wrong though.
