OU UT Rematch

A rematch has been batted around here and other places previously. According to BCS Guru http://www.bcsguru.com/, the outcome of Florida and Oklahoma winning today coupled with Cincinnati over Hawaii later this evening would lead to a 60% chance of OU-Florida in the title and 40% chance of OU-UT. I don't know about everybody else, but I like these odds. Ostensibly, the reason for this outcome is Florida played Hawaii, and won, for their first game of the year whereas OU played Cinci. Any thoughts on this scenario and how a USC win or loss today will impact this? I am worried if the final decision comes down to human voters and is between UT or Florida.

the media dry humps the leg of FL and OU relentlessly. The comps are our only hope and prayer unless the Mizzou Miracles make an appearance this evening.

Interesting article but i dont know how cinci and hawaii and Usc got into this...

Cinci, Hawaii, USC

OU played Cinci, Florida played Hawaii. A win for either of these teams boosts the respective computer resume of the team (OU or Florida) that beat them. USC figures in because they’re sitting close and any (theoretical) points to USC would take away points from another top ranked school.

I think the human

voters have figured this out and will way overrate FL just to make sure the rematch doesn’t happen. Watch, the human polls tomorrow won’t make any sense in light of the actual games that were played today.
