If you look at the main page of BON, to the right, and scroll down, you will see other UT sites.  I know JCDenton40 and meanhorn have had videos on their sites, though I haven't checked them in a while.  I have also found torrents of past games, like the recent Holiday Bowl.  I don't know if that's appropriate to say on this blog, but there you go.

If you want to watch live - I think MB-TF waits until the day after.

I've been doing this for the past two years living abroad.  While it's not perfect, it sure as heck beats not having anything.

Obviously, your friend doesn't have to be in Austin, just somewhere where the UT games will be part of the regional network coverage of the games.   They'll need a decently fast internet connection as well.
