so i found this website today and being the longhorn fan that i am, i jumped right into it after reading some of the "diary's" and noticing that there are actually people who know what there talking about, opposed to other blogs.. so my first question is this..

given the current list of verbal commits, the latest ending in a.okafor... if you could only choose one prospect besides mcfarland, or c. wood who would it be?

Tell me which recruiting site's you currently go by.. i currently go by Rivals.com, scout.com, and espn.com... if there are any better iyop feel free to post

agreed...

I lurked here for well over a year before I started posting comments a week ago. I dont claim to be nearly as knowledgeable as pretty much everyone hear, but the blog and diaries definitely have provided the most in depth coverage of Longhorn sports of any place I could find. Sure gave me my fix of Texas sports during my year abroad, so thanks guys, just giving you your due.

And it's not close. Given that you took McFarland out of the option. If you've seen video on this kid you'd know why he's my choice. Many say he's the best DE prospect in many years. And I believe it.

I read Orangebloods.com. I really don't consider it Rivals, per se, because the staff over there is phenomenal. They really know what they're doing. Not to say Scout isn't good. I just never got into their site. As for ESPN? I wouldn't read ESPN even if they had Erin Andrews pictures posted everywhere. (Now, I might take a quick glance...)
