ESPN reports a possible violation of O.J. Mayo accepting money, a flat screen TV, clothes, etc.
What Tim Floyd and USC said about this incident is flat out hilarious...First, they claim that Mayo is a poor kid from Virginia (to borrow Pat Forde's words, a misunderstood eagle scout!!) who couldnt even afford a large cell phone bill. Yet, when Mayo received a TV, clothes, and other stuff, they didn't know such practices was going on.
First, Bush then mayo. It seems denying about every wrong doing is the policy of USC athletics and USC should change its motto to "Deny on!!"

that seems like standard operating procedure for top notch talent. If I were Mayo’s parents, I’d be pissed.

And a house is only SOP if you’re from Louisiana, you’ve committed to another school, and being busted for counterfeiting and ID fraud is in your future.
