Baseball Goes For The Sweep
It has been one of the best series of the season already, and there's still one more game to be played. We have much to discuss after this series is done, but for today it is Kenn Kasparek (he of two amazing performances in a row) on the mound versus Texas A&M.
The game starts at 1 PM Central and can be seen on the television (Fox Sports), or 2 PM Eastern on channel 262 for those of us in the Washington D.C. area.

Depends on if they play bad...
... It’ll be we, we, we all the way home if they get up by a few runs early.

3 K's in the top of the 2nd
Texas can’t touch this kid right now.
Come on, Big Bird, keep it nasty.

Damn
Aggies get an RBI Double. Danks bobbled the ball off the ground and would have had a chance to gun down the scorer. 1-0 Aggies

Double Damn.
Aggies follow with a single, throw to the plate not in time. 2-0 Aggies.

2-2 top 5
Horns plate two in the top of the 4th with a pair of doubles followed by a pair of sac flies. Good defense gets Texas out of a leadoff single in the bottom half of the inning. KK has been a bit wild but has pitched well so far.
Green works out of a jam.
Colligan tries to convince the umpires that he didn’t go around by sulking towards first base. Haha Aggies.

Love it!
Tucker drops a 2-out grounder but recovers in time to end the eighth! 4-3 Texas in the top of the 9th. Let’s get clear, Texas.

Huge play for Tucker to end the 8th
That’s a play that doesn’t go the Horns way earlier in the year…Top 9, 4-3 good guys
Texas is hot heading into the post-season...
... but then so are the Tigers, who we face in the first round of the Big XII Tourney. They’ve demolished Nebraska 8-1 and 22-9 so far this weekend, knocking them out of contention for the conference title.
Life is an Occasion. Rise to it.
