I stumbled upon an old article on ESPN about Ahmard Hall, before his rookie season and before he was on the Titans. For those of us that routinely make fun of ESPN for lazy reporting, here's an example of some good stuff:
It reminded me how Hall was indeed a favorite among fans, coaches, and players alike, and how lucky we were to have the guy on our team. He obviously wasn't a featured player, but that didn't stop him from making an impact on the team. I remember being very happy to see him on the field with Vince, living out his dream. No one deserves it more.
From what I'm hearing from Tennessee fans, he has quickly won them over with his fierce blocking and selfless play in his short stint there. I would expect no less from a class guy like Hall. It is too bad football players like him are rare. Teams need more guys like him and less guys with super talent but super arrogance and stupidity (I could list names but that would make this post twice as long).
