Maybe im confused but aren’t some of his bowl predictions impossible?
Assuming either Tech or OU wins the Big 12 Championship that would mean a Big 12 North team would finish 2nd (Mizzou) and they would go to the cotton bowl. Leaving the holiday bowl for for 3rd place team (99% sure its gonna be a Big 12 South team)
-Maybe a wrong or irrelevant point, but just kinda bugged me.
UGA vs. OSU?
-Don’t you think osu has had enough? Honestly if they do end up in the champ game vs. UGA and get their asses handed to them, will they ever get a championship bid again?
BYU, Tech, Auburn in BCS games…seriously?...hahah…no.
Besides the BCS games, and sometimes the BCS games too (see KU in the OB! and Mizzou not.), I think it is pointless to try to predict who is gonna be playing in the Las Vegas VividPorn.com bowl, or the Miami Bail Bonds Bowl.

The bowls are weird.
Cotton Bowl gets first choice after the BCS in the Big 12. They don’t necessarily take the loser of the Big 12 CG, but they did the last two years. In ‘06, they announced prior to the CG that they would take the loser of the CG (which meant they picked ‘Braska), which was, in my opinion, just a smart way to get around not picking Texas, since we were on a two game skid and didn’t look like we had a QB on the roster. In ‘07, they probably would have taken Kansas or Texas but the OB made it super easy by leaving the best team (Mizzou) on the table. With a Big 12 as strong as ESPN is predicting, the BCS will almost definitely take two teams, likely both CG participants. ESPN is just saying that they’ll take OU (winner) and Tech (at large). They may think Texas beats Mizzou or the revitalized North eats itself, and that’s why they’re sticking Mizzou in the Holiday Bowl, despite getting to the Big 12 CG.
That probably makes no sense, which is fine, because that’s how the bowls work anyway.

Texas vs Ohio State for NC
why not? Missouri comes to town 6-0 and we win, Tech is 8-0 and we win, then it’s
Turkey time for the Ags this year.
Georgia will choke at least once.
ut1ou2 for texas-ou weekend

personally
I think we should switch out bowl ties between the Texas Bowl and the Las Vegas Bowl. I think fans of all Big 12 schools would much rather go to Las Vegas for a bowl game than Fort Worth.
