Cedric released by Bears
I hope the drinks were really tasty.
Cedric has been booted by the Bears, according to the Statesman.
So does he get picked up elsewhere? Or is he radioactive for now? I've seen some speculation out there that the Titans might be interested, since they need a strong back. Also, he would already have the VY chemistry going.
Of course, there's the possibility that owners won't want to deal with the commish. Unless, of course, Jerry Jones needs a hard case to fill a hole. Since that's not currently the case, might he be unemployed this year?

The Titans drafted the fastest RB available last year,
now they can sign the slowest RB in the NFL.

blasphemy
Cedric is a great running back, and he will prove it on another team.

Agreed
Cedric has a great deal of talent. It’s his character and work ethic that are in question.
Watch out, I bite.

He's working his way toward being a Raider.
And it would not surprise me a bit if the Broncos brought him in, although that would be a pain in the butt to Selvin. There were certain similarities in Shanahan’s system with that of Texas when Benson was here, an added value.
He’ll get another shot. If PacMan, Ricky and dozens of other somewhat flawed human beings who get a shot. At the worst, when it’s heading into NFL playoff time, things will pick up.
Just including a chauffeur clause would make things safer for all.
They all can afford to do that with the cheaper contract they’ll probably be offering him. (Hell, if they take this advice, I demand they throw in a chauffeur for HornBrain’s girlfriend, too, as necessary for us, by vote, here on BON. We need what we need, too.)

My girlfriend never drives...
She would never let down her fans, especially the Longhorn athletes that look up to her as a role model.

Hey, man...
... All I know is that they win when she goes to the games. Like, every time. There is something going on.

She's our lucky charm, without a doubt.
That’s what’s going on.
The athletes have role models, at least most of them.
But sometimes they need lady luck.
