The Cavs decided that Daniel Gibson was worth the bucks. Good to see some Exes playing in the NBA. I remember when we used to joke that the Lady Longhorns could beat the men's team! My how times have changed.

Congrats to Daniel. Wonder what the the Horns could've accomplished if some of our players stayed 4 yrs. TJ, Lamarcus, Gibson, Durant....now DJ. Of course, the other schools may have been better keeping their guys but like the commercial says...... We're Texas.

I wonder why we never heard him called ‘Boobie’ while he was here? Was that what the other players called him or is this some league stunt to inject ‘color’ into the game?

The signing may be a boost for AJ, since the players have similar skill sets. Yes, Gibson had a far better inside game in college, but that has all but disappeared in pros. I hope this signals that he is now set as the starter.
