Jeff Ward has high praise for "The Eyes of Texas 2008"
On Monday evening's show with Ed Clements, Jeff Ward of 590 KLBJ used "The Eyes of Texas 2008" as the basis for part of his show. He was very impressed with the section covering Mack Brown's Ten Years at Texas, specifically saying the staff went about the statistical analysis in the right way.
Jeff's usually a tough critic. That's a damn good piece of work.
I bet KLBJ will put the podcast of today's show online tomorrow. They talked about it beginning at 6 pm.

When was this?
I was there from 2001-2003.
too late
I was 98-00. Left a few days before the 2000 election. I ran the board for Ed’s evening show as well board for the other evening shows and reported the news the last few hours of my shift.
Jeff's producer...
is one of my all-time favorite people. I’m sure you must have met him in passing.
Stephen?
Oh yeah, he’s a great guy. Really smart and totally knew his stuff. I learned a lot from him.

finally picked it up....
....I saw it a few weeks ago at Barnes and Noble, and I finally got around to picking up the new “Eyes of Texas 2008” season preview at my local HEB Plus. It’s simply bad ass, PB. Kudos to you and everyone else who contributed this year!
