Josh Marshall - TE injured Tuesday
I didn’t want to start a whole new Fanpost about this and I didn’t know where else to ask this but how worried should we be about this? I know depth is important, but did it look like Marshall would have seen extensive play time this year?
According to Scout: Greg Smith is now practicing at the TE position.

Marshall
had a chance to grow into a player, but nothing from coaching staff to date indicated he was a threat to move Irby/Ullman off the field. Marshall may have been the best receiving threat among the TEs because he was a WR until about this time last year (maybe spring ‘07). He figured as No. 3 at the position. No. 3 TEs you can live without; it does open the door to RS freshman Ian Harris, a player Missouri badly wanted (he de-committed from Tigers to Horns about January ‘07).
