Man, is he intense. Right before the game in practice drills (before the VY retirement), he was yelling at the players and getting right in their face masks. I love the intensity of this guy and the impact i think he wil have on all the team, not just defense.

Problem – he is on several lists for a head coaching position soon………….:(
