Maybe they mean a different Foswhitt Whittaker?
If Fozzy isn't playing, how much does that help Rice? Furthermore, how much does it hurt the team, since his development (and the offense's development of its identity) takes a one-game step back?
I don't think the texas offense can move well without a dynamic back, and while I think McGee is certainly a solid back, I don't think he is a difference maker.
