Jevan Snead.

Name sound familiar? Maybe not, because every TD ~~Chiles~~ Colt scores makes it more and more forgotten.

Jevan Snead, a transfer from Texas two seasons ago, helped lead Ole Miss to a 31-30 upset win over #4 ranked Florida (thus helping Texas by allowing them to move up even further (*cough* USC *choke*) in the rankings.) Snead threw for two tds and ran for another, to seal a win over the Gators.

You can't possibly think Snead hurt them do you?

Other than 1 INT, I can safely said he was a big contributor to the upset.

3 touchdowns.

I know he was 9-20 and that is terrible on paper. But he did score 3 tds which accounts for the majority of the Rebel’s score.

not great numbers on the whole, but the passes that were completed were absolute backbreakers. While it’s true that Florida probably lost the game more than Ole Miss won it, Snead made a number of clutch plays.

Show Snead some respect...

Snead is the QB for Ole Miss- Of course he made a difference in the win against Florida- regardless of his mediocre stats.

Once a Longhorn, always in the family. You can’t blame him for transferring to Ole Miss. The kid just wants to play some football.

I cannot stand when fans banish players like Snead. It is extremely childish and shows a lack of class when fans do that sort of thing.

i.e.: When Manny Ramirez was traded to the LA Dodgers a lot of Boston Redsox fans were like, “We never liked him anyway,” or “I’m glad Manny is gone.”
