that looks like a pretty blatant attempt to spear
I am so tired of seeing these players try to use their helmets as weapons.
If ESPN would stop showing the “helmet leading killshot” in their highlights, maybe fewer kids would do this.
A spear doesn’t get you an extra point in the stat column, it still only counts as one tackle. Maybe someone needs to explain that to these kids.
