If you're already in El Paso and think football just isn't enough to sate your Longhorn appetite, then head 45 minutes outside the city to Las Cruces, NM to watch your #4 Texas Volleyball team dominate NMSU. The match is at 4:30 local time (5:30 central) at the Pan American Center. DO IT.

Texas goes 2-0 in Las Cruces
The Gazelles smacked down Utah 3-0.

It was particularly satisfying to see them do the same to New Mexico State. NMState was our sole loss this past spring while Destinee, Juliann & Pao were training with Team USA. We got the sweet revenge on their homecourt.

Texas’ home opener is next Thursday night at 6:30 at the Time Warner Cable Invitational. They will play Friday at noon and Friday evening at 6:30 as well.
