I never understood why he was so adamant about staying at QB. I’m not a draft expert by any means, but I’d think that he had little to no chance being drafted as QB with his current resume. Why would he not want to
A) Switch to receiver or some other position where he would have more shot at playing time
or
B) Transfer to another school that has an open QB or somewhere he can run option offenses like WV
I’m not knocking the guy, I know we’ve seen flashes at times, but play has been spotty overall at QB (in no small part to the play calling).
