Hamilton commits to Ark

I don't know much about the kid except that he was a late offer, played with Mallett in HS, and is a bigger possession receiver. I don't fault the kid, since Ark had been recruiting him for a long time, while UT just threw in an offer a couple weeks ago. Plus UT is pretty set for young, big WRs, while he could actually have a chance to start for the Hogs.

Anyway, who are the remaining offers? Just Jones and Kirkpatrick? Think UT will throw an eleventh-hour offer to anyone else?

Right Decision for Cobi

I may be wrong – but I just don’t think he would have seen any significant playing time in a Longhorn uni. Seems that Malcolm, Grant, Buckner, and Timmons would have him boxed in. Going to a pass happy Petrino offense during a down time was a smart move.
