Franks has apparently been suspended for inappropriate use of technology (cell phone, computer, etc).

According to the ISD’s rule handbook that can be defined as:

“Transferring or sharing obscene, sexually-oriented, lewd or other illegal images or photographs.”

My psychiatrist bud, who fancies himself an amateur rockstar, likes to plunk down a few thousand bucks for an annual rockstar-themed party at his townhouse.
