(Sorry, just got home after the Michigan game)
I am still
flippin pissed at Lane Kiffin right now, what a complete jack ass.

Yeah, come to Tennessee where we play to lose!!
Why would anybody want to go there right now if they had a choice.
Hold back a little
Save your energy for Greg Davis.

That the pic was still up. I think regardless of what happens, it’s the pic for the half the rest of the season
You are right it has become tradition on here.
I will change what I said, to I hope that we do not feel like that at halftime.

Would be interesting to see a comparision of the longhorns bar tab...
comparing the amount of liquor consumed in the first half between 2008 and 2009.
Please god, no Wildhorn tonight..
I don’t think I can take anymore of that abortion of a set with Childs running directly into the tacklers.
I'd rather see it...
with DJ Monroe in it honestly.

I agree with getting DJ Monroe some more touches however...
I don’t think we need to bring out the Wildhorn to do it. GD should be able to find some other ways to get him involved in the running game without taking Colt out of his rhythm.
Oh I don't like the formation.
I’m just saying, if you’re going to do it, do it with Monroe or someone else.

Can we as a nation please stop calling that type of formation the wildmascot?
Look at what Arkansas ran, look at what the Dolphins run, just because a better runner that can’t throw for crap is taking a snap does not make it a wildmascot
We got the Wildcat, Wildhorn, Wildrebel, Wildhog
and whoever else uses it. I like to call it the Wildwipemyasswithitbecauseitisworthlessastoiletpaper

My question at the end of the Tenn
game shouldn’t have that been a 15yd unsportsmanlike on Cody for taking off his helmet before the play was blown dead?
Should have been a 1st down for Tenn after the penalty with 1 more play allowed for the FG
Ohh well

True
But it’s time for their third guy.

The Aggies are pissed. I hope they finally start playing that way and don’t embarrass themselves again this season. It’s depressing.

Okay, if a player steps out of bounds, he can’t be the first one to touch the ball after he comes back in bounds, right? Or is that just NFL?
And yes, I love this Dr. Dre “white people music sucks compared to black people music” commercial as much as anyone.

Even better than last year's Dr. J round-the-clock commercial-a-thon?

I could understand
if they though Chykie pushed him out, but at least explain it. Everybody knows he was out of bounds, pretend like you saw it too.
If you're so sure of what it ain't, how about telling us what it am!
Roger just explained
If you come back in immediately after a force out, no foul. Something like that.
What if
you go out of bounds and run around the pylon the only come back in to catch the football? Weird

Colt, you're 14-15, and then you overthrow a 6'3 Malcolm Williams
Eh?

I heard Malcolm was 10 feet tall and bullet proof

MALCOLM WILLIAMS IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN CHILES!

Hey, this time he actually made the easy catch
Good for him. I like the kid, but he still isn’t a good WR at this point, physical freak or not.
by burntorangehorn on Oct 24, 2009 8:24 PM CDT up reply actions
I have yet to see either of them be very good at anything on offense
But I’ve never contended that Chiles should be a featured guy on offense. Most seem to think MW should. He darn well better not be, with the way he’s playing. Neither he nor Chiles should.

Take Williams and the outside blocking
particularly with Fozzy as the featured back

I think Buckner's a pretty solid blocker too
and a better receiver as well.
by burntorangehorn on Oct 24, 2009 8:34 PM CDT up reply actions
Buckner would be the main guy
and Goodwin and Monroe would get a lot of time as well.
Williams, Chiles, and Kirkendoll can be role-players, but none of those guys should be a starter. Thing is, many can’t get past MW’s physical abilities and see that he’s not advancing as a receiver. He’s a ST beast. Let him be who he is.

Fozz's first step is so quick.
Even if guys get their hands on him, he is already gone.
Five touchdown catches for Ship this year, right?
That’s a pretty good pace. Think he might have a good shot at double-digits.

Are we better than the team that is tied with Miss St right now?
Answer: yes.

Awesome play.
There are so many tremendous players that even the special teams can have starting-quality players at every spot.

Oh well; I guess I’ll take 35-7 at the half. Fucking Greg Davis.
Iowa
gets 1st and goal from the 1 and settles for a FG. That has to be the worst game of the year to watch.
